    “Considering that neither Mauretania nor its capital Nouakchott are a real tourist destination, the Hotel Emira is good enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the Wifi works in their good restaurant where everybody meets to send WhatsApp messages and the room (a Suite) was huge but not comfortable and the aircon worked. That is not luxury but it is really acceptable and clean. I was satisfied with my room, the bed and the bathroom (no hot water). the breakfast is acceptable, they will bring you some cheese and eggs if you ask for it (no buffet breakfast). Overall this hotel is a good choice but don't expect too much. It's not the standard of hotels in Morocco, for example.”

    “BEST place to stay in Nouadhibou! Don't even waste your time looking for something else because you won't! I had lovely time in Nouadhibou and that's thanks to people and staff at Hotel Aljazira! Very clean and secure rooms. Good location little outside town centre which is good. Bit difficult to find when you try to do it on your own and map on Booking isn't correct. Walk to point where two main streets of town meet, pass airport on your left, walk 300meters and Hotel Aljazira is located on your right. Or just take a taxi, place is well known. I had an argument with Taxi driver who tried to rip me off but hotel staff helped to sort matter out! ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU! I would definitely stay again!”
