  “i stayed for 5 nights, i was at room 2035. the first day i arrived the staff from reception one colleague did very well with her job taking care me with everything. the concierge team was excellent providing good service they know the location very well " good job ". the housekeeping team did excellent as well every morning they make sure that the room is tidy and clean even though sometimes i was sleeping they will keep knocking and asking if i am fine " good job as well "My favorite is the sports bar every night i was having my pint of beer and one colleague named "kenzi" she took care of me everytime im coming she knows what i want with out being asked her. have not tried or visited any of the outlet apart from sports bar and have not tried as well the food. maybe my next tour visit i will try and definitely your hotel will be my number 1 on the list. over all it was a great excellent experience it was my first time to visit hong kong and was my first time to be at your hotel. thank you for such a wonderful stay”

  “We paid extra for the 17th floor and all the benefits that came with that, We would highly recommend, The staff were excellent including chamber maids, reception staff and our specially allocated staff in the lounge (especially Chris who could not do any more to make our stay enjoyable). The location of the hotel was great, just a small walk to the Star Ferry and the Hop on Hop off bus stopped outside the hotel, what more could you ask. The breakfast was extensive catering to both Western and Eastern diets, must stress that having the upgrade meant that we were seated away from the bus loads of people trying to get their breakfast before boarding the coach, once again recommend the upgrade.”
