“The location and property are amazing! The posada is made up of little bungalows nestled into a hillside overlooking the laguna. Our first view was simply breathtaking. At every turn you are surrounding by nature - blooming flowers, towering trees, native birds and more. Besides the great view and unbeatable location, the staff was simply amazing. Friendly, prompt, and every single person provided excellent service. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was also really delicious. The kitchen was also willing to make accommodations for our preferences when we requested, if they had the items available. Breakfast was included, and not just a standard buffet. Actual made-to-order, choose your own meal. What a treat! If you are looking for a secluded, quiet, romantic place to relax for a few days - you can't beat this location. This is definitely a place for folks looking to unplug and immerse themselves in nature.”

“This is a beautifully kept lodge with comfortable-rustic cabins running down a hillside to a dock at the lake where one can swim or kayak in clean 25 degree water. The owner of this lodge is easily available. He speaks a number of languages, and he is full of suggestions for activities . The food in the restaurant was excellent and served on a deck overlooking the lagoon. The cabins are creatively built and decorated”
