“Perfect place for Relax. Staffs very friendly. Hotel provide free snorkeling equipment. They are having so many activities like, Manta trip, Sandbank trip, Snorkeling Safari, Dolphin Trip... with a very reasonable price. To complete your vacation on Maldives its a must to experience the activities . I went to Manta Trip it was Fantastic. i am very sad that i wasted my holiday 5 night at Maafushi. FOOD from the restaurant CENTRAL DINER was BEST in Town. Specially pasta was superb. i really like the food. ROOM was very comfy and Luxurious. Breakfast Mashuni was very very delicious. Very clean and relaxing beach not like Maafushi. Beach is very close to Hotel (2 min working distance). Daily Airport transfer is available in Ukulhas. Thanks to all Gunbaru Inn staffs. 100% RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL THE TRAVELERS.”

“large and clean rooms, very good food by Italian standards. The staff is very helpful, do at least 3 boat trips to see mantas, turtles and relax on a picnic island. This is by far the best kept structure on the island, hurry up before too many guest houses and hotels are built on Ukulhas!”

“We don't know where to start with how much we loved Thun'dee inn! On our arrival we were greeted by Saeed and Saud at the jetty, from there they took my wife and I to the inn and as soon as we walked in it felt like home. Thun'dee inn is a little heaven in the a cozy local island of Ukulhas. My wife and I spent our second anniversary here and had the most memorable 7 days in a very long time. the hotel is small, clean and very homely, which is exactly what we wanted on this trip. the beds are comfortable, great a/c, safety deposit box and TV with HBO and movie channels and a nice shower. The inn offers two options half board and full board, we chose the full board option and were happy with the food variety and quality. Additionally the inn provides free wifi as well :) Having been to Maldives previously (resort like vacation) this trip to Thun'dee was totally different, we got to know the local people and even got invited by Saud to his home for Eid lunch! it was an honor to be welcomed in his family home. A little bit about Ukulhas island: the speed boat takes about 1.5 hrs to reach from Male to Ukulhas. The island is small, it took my wife a I about 45-mins -1hour to walk around the island. if you happen to fall a little ill, there is a a small medical center on the island with a doctor and a pharmacy with limited supplies. Overall the island is quaint and full of local people and very few tourists, which gives it a real Maldivian feel. We recommend the island if you are looking to relax, getting a real taste of Maldivian culture and hospitality and feeling like your far away from urban life and want to reset and reboot. Excursions: we recommend the sandbank trip, picnic island and if you are looking for a resort like day, one day trip to one of the local resorts near Ukulhas. others in the hotel had the chance to do the Manta trip as well as the night fishing, both highly recommend as well. any of the day trips can be arranged by Saeed.”

“Everything was more than perfect. The accomadation has the most perfect garden, rooms, appearance and comfort of the island. It's hugely relaxed and it's great to chill after a wonderful day on this beautiful island. The Thai restaurant has a very good kitchen. The staff of both the hotel and the restaurant give you a very welcome feeling. This was in all respects the best accommodation during our month-long vacation.”

“The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the guest house was right next to the beach. The beach was amazing, it was the most beautiful beach i have ever seen. The staffs services were superb, it was five star service in a 3 star accommodation. The cost of transfer was reasonable and transfer arrangement was very smooth, I was welcomed by Airport Rep. Visham from Vela International Airport and was escorted to the speedboat, upon arrival to Ukulhas I was welcomed by Olhumathi View Inn staffs. The food was delicious, the price was most cheapest in Ukulhas. Will definitely recommend for eveyrone, great place for a beach vacation.”

“Great location, right on the beach. Very small island (1km long, 0,3km wide) absolutely great staff, owner of Athiri is a great guy so as the others. Very clean and comfy rooms, satellite TV (in case of rainy days :). Internet was quite stable for the Island. It was the best island what we saw, with best staff and activities. Snorkeling right 20meters from the beach, just wonderful. We took the trip, which was excellent, we saw mantas and stingrays. Tasty breakfasts, we tried all 3 local restaurants. Good food for reasonable price. Athiri Rulezz”

“Hotel is amazing.. beach for bikini style, is 1 minute to walk shops directly next to hotel and 3 stars are valid-nice and clean room and comfortable bed, free beach towels with sunbeds and umbrella, tasty food starting with breakfast up to dinner,good service. Staff friendly, helpful and careful about guest.We were leaving hotel at 7 am and it's shocked us when manager of hotel came to accompany us to drop us to speed boat. Travelling a lot but this was the best experience ever- even if i compare hotels with 4 or 5 stars.If i ll return to Maldives again this hotel will be my direct choice.Thank you so much. I highly recommended..”

“This is our third time on the same place. Hussain waited for us in Male, bought us boat tickets, and organized transfer to Ukulhas. Friendly staff, breakfast at the beach 20 meters away from the hotel (I like Maldivian spicy fish specialty- Kulimas). Quiet place and perfect for rest. Snorkeling around the island is very interesting, with colorful reef flora and fauna. Hotel gives us away snorkeling equipment for free. When I couldn’t find fins of my size, they managed to find it somewhere else.”

“Everything :-) Spacious rooms, tasty maldivian breakfasts, personal and very attentive manager, trip to see Mantas, very close to the beautiful bikini beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, easy access for swimming, good snorkeling, restaurants nearby, clean beach and almost no litter at the island. At the end we had fabulous sunset dinner at the beach and this was a true highlight. Overall I can recommend Ukulhas and staying at Starry Night! Thank you Fayaz for making our stay so special!”
