We had everything we needed to prepare food in the apartment, including washing up liquid, tea towel and sponges provided for afterwards. The bed was amazing! It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in while travelling. Thick memory foam mattress topper, fluffy duvet and perfect pillows. Just divine :-) The shower was great - ideal water pressure, always hot water, very clean bathroom. The layout of the room was brilliant. As a couple, we were able to relax on the lovely soft sofa at night, which sits in an alcove separated from the bed area. This made it feel like a little living room and was very cosy. The whole guesthouse was beautiful & clean, with a garden area outside to spend time in, and the stairwell was covered in these incredible landscape paintings. So lovely. The internet was fast and reliable, and we had no problems with connectivity during our stay. Easily able to stream Netflix, check emails, play music and generally browse. Finally, the hosts themselves were the nicest, kindest people we have ever met. They greeted up very warmly on arrival, and were always on hand to provide everything we needed. Each morning when we saw them they would smile at us, and check we were enjoying our stay. They also provided transport for us to the airport at the end of our stay, which was an amazing surprise! We were actually sad to leave as we had felt so at home in Vila Saulute. All in all, absolutely perfect accommodation, a faultless stay, great value for money, and would highly recommend this place to anyone :-D”
