“On our way to the resort, we were delayed. The resort's employees kept calling us to make sure we were on our way before nightfall and to help us with directions even when we didn't ask. Just before we arrived, our car got stuck on the road in the snow, and they immediately sent someone to help us. They greeted us warmly with hot drinks and helped us to our room, which was already preheated. The room had a splendid view overlooking the white mount tannourine, and was equipped with all the necessary facilities. The next morning, we were served a most splendid traditional Lebanese breakfast for a very inexpensive additional cost. Overall, great value for price.”
