“Loved the hot spring swimming pool. So much so that we actually came back for it on our last day in Jordan. The owner was very warm. The location is so well marked that it would take an effort to miss it! The Dead Sea beach is a bit of a drive away but don't be disappointed, your stay will be worth it.”

“I was hoping to write some customer feedback or appreciation letter to Marriot Hotel managment and reflect the great service provided by their staff especially, Jafar Musa who was the manager we met at the Breakfast and Lunch times. Similarly Eyad from Champion, Ahmed Nouti and Tayseer from Il Terrazzo and Abu Sadan from Avis were very hospitable. I am most impressed by kindest support offered by Jafar and Eyad who are real champions of excellent customer service with smile and heart. If you want me to send in a separate feedback, I can do so but having difficulty finding the correct email address. Thank you. Jawaid”
