“We stayed in the farmhouse. This isn't for everyone, but we loved it!! It is adjacent to a working dairy farm. We woke up to the sound of roosters and horses. This place made our trip to Iceland even that more special.”

“These are brand new apartments, opened in Feb 17. We stayed in No.1 and were told we were the second people to stay in it. It was very spacious, comfortable and warm. I would definitely stay there again. Take food from a supermarket as there's virtually nothing anywhere near. The TV channels included lots of British ones - BBC1-4, ITV, Ch4. In the evening, we drove 20 minutes to Seljalandsfoss and as it was so late there was almost nobody else there. We walked around the waterfall and got very wet but it didn't matter as we jumped in the car and drove 20 minutes back to the apartment to change. The following day, we got up early and drove 5 minutes to Skogafoss and again had it to ourselves. Then we went back to the apartment to check-out.”
