  “After stopping at Farmhotel Efstidalur for an ice cream during my last year's Iceland trip, I decided to come back this year and stay overnight. The rooms are situated in another building, our cottage-style room was extremely cozy and the land-side view just perfect in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. I can highly recommend the breakfast, especially the various tastes of their freshly oven-baked bread with spices and cinnamon.”

The hostel itself is beautiful: Everything is very very clean, the bathrooms and showers are 10/10. The bed was more comfortable that the one I have at home. There is a supermarket just 200m away, and one spa and a pool are just meters away. Inside the house there are lots of well preserved forniture from the time is functioned as a school, so the hostel itself is a piece of Icelandic history. Þakka ykkur kærlega fyrir!!!”
