“The original room that I was in was comfortable. I then had made a reservation for an additional day and learned that the room I was in wasn't available. Therefore, the staff took me on a tour of a Junior Executive Suite, which I thought was great. I then made the reservation and on the day I checked out to check back in, learned from the staff that there was a change and was upgraded to a King Executive suite instead and no change in the rates. That was awesome. The room was beautiful, spacious - I loved it. I was saddened that I was only there for that 1 night. However, should I book again, I will definitely love to get that room again. :)”
