  “My room was huge! There was the whole kitchen with all the kitchenware, stove, fridge, electric kettle, foldable table, two chairs and even a TV with 5 channels in Danish (I guess). Then there was also a closet and cupboards and one bunk bed. I was alone in the room the whole time. And the view from my window (room no. 30) to the dog yard with cute tiny puppies in the foreground and the ocean with the icebergs in the background was just priceless.”

  “The house is just perfect , fantastic location, breathtaking views across the village to the Iceberg laden waters . Its a large home well furnished with a view from every window . Lisbeth and John are extremely friendly helpful and charming hosts . The village is just wonderful , your will not be disappointed if this is your selection for accommodation , I stayed with my partner for 10 days and had an amazing experience in Greenland . The local people are very friendly , the house is located very close to several supermarkets , we cooked ( mostly ) for ourselves - the kitchen was great with everything you will need for preparing meals . The view from the huge deck is just superb , the house feels like a home , so a long stay is very very comfortable . We went out on Johns ( Capt John we called him ) boat twice into the iceberg laden waters , WOW , what an experience , you just have to go . I have been traveling all over the globe with my work , but Greenland I never forget . If you looking for a great house to stay in and be 100% at home , this is it . You only live once - just do it ...”

  “I stayed at Ilulissat Apartment for 4 nights in September 2019. Carl and Bent made me feel very welcome. I got the ferry up from Sisimiut, Carl picked me up and also dropped me to the airport when I was leaving. The apartment has everything you need including kitchen, living room and laundry room. The Wifi is very good and unlimited. It is located about 10 minutes walk from the main town area and about 5 minutes from the big supermarket.”
