The windows of the apartment opened fully, with large screens so we could invite the full breeze and sounds of the ocean into our bedroom. We had an AC unit that worked well, but did not need it because the breeze from the Ocean cooled the room at night. The room was spacious with a mini-fridge for us to store our food, and well organized so we could put our clothes away. The bed was a king, and the mattress was firm and very comfortable. The caretakers were attentive to all of our needs, and helped us navigate the local bus and taxi system when we first arrived. Being able to walk out the gate to surf every morning made this the perfect place for us.”

Off season rate made it quite a value. Didn't meat owner in person, but he was in contact. Even though breakfast was not part of our package, the owner offered up access to his main establishment's buffet breakfast at no extra cost. Buffet breakfast is held on top of a 3-4 story hotel, with great views. Good coffee was served. Unit has climate control, although we diodn't need it. There was a pool that is shared by both Villa's. We didn't use it, but you could see it was kept very clean. plenty of drinking water was made available. Shower has hot water.”

  “The hostess/ owner Brenda was very kind. Mario also owner made us feel welcome as he enjoyed his mate. Brenda kept everything clean and was always there.. Also the neighborhood is so peaceful. Close to the beach yet far a way from the noise of the town.Strong WiFi . Hot water. We saw an iguana in the backyard. And many song birds came to our window. The kitchen was plenty pots and cooking items and dishes. Overall a great home away from home.”
