    “Clean room, right "downtown" - Alausí is tiny :) Service was friendly. Breakfast was simple - coffee, eggs & fruit juice. Room was comfortable. Pet friendly - very important to us! Overall a good place to rest up before walking up early to tide the Nariz del Diablo!”

    “We loved this hosteria. From the moment we met Reynardo and his wife Laura we felt welcomed and comfortable. While the rooms are basic, they had everything needed and our family of five (3 sons between 7-13yrs) were comfy in the family room. Views, hammocks and swing were excellent and breakfast in the morning filling and fresh. Reynardo is a taxi driver so for a dollar or so he can pick you up, give you a tour, drive you in to town, to the station, traditional local restaurants. We loved that it wasn't in the centre of Alausi. An authentic, friendly and easy stay.”
