  “A wonderfully located hotel on a wonderful beach. I had read that the road to Punta Rucia was poor, but I had never been able to imagine that it was 15 kilometers full of bumps! If you go by car, choose to go to Punta Rucia via Villa Isabela for that road is considerably less bumpy. Very helpful staff even though I wish we were better off in the Spanish. The excursions to Paradise Island start from the beach right by the hotel, so sometimes it's a lot of people and movement but in between it's really paradise! We also went on an excursion to the island one morning before it was full of people. It was amazing! The hotel is located next to a small village with a lovely atmosphere. There is quite okay food in the hotel, and there are some restaurants in the village, and a little bit unexpected even an Italian pizzeria a bit further down the road.”

  “Rene the owner was amazing from every perspective. Besides being a great cook he is also a great host. He made sure that we had dinner on time, gave us valuable tips on the area and we learned a lot about the locals from our discussions. Hotel Corales offers a stunning sea and sunset view especially from the 2nd floor rooms. The rooms take advantage of the breeze so no need for airco. The rooms are basic although very clean and spacious. It's not a luxury accommodation if this is what you are looking for. Make sure to get some extra cash because the closest bank is 30 minutes drive in Villa Isabela. Rene was kind enough to lent us his snorkeling equipment. We didn't feel like staying at a hotel but at a friend's house. Thank you for everything Rene! Keep up the great work.”
