  “Senor Minor was most helpful in getting us checked in after a long drive from the rainforest. The beach was lovely. The room was exceptional. The pool was great, as were the iguanas and sloths who were in the neighborhood. Couldn’t be more pleased with everything at Casa Aba! High powered ceiling fans helped alleviate the heat, so sleeping at night was pleasant. Chirping birds and waves from the ocean made the mornings so nice. Thank you so very much!”

  “The staff was incredible. Friendly, warm, helpful, positive and walked the extra mile to make sure our stay was extraordinary. We couldn’t have dreamt of a better location. Endless beaches just outside your doorstep without crowds of people, but instead a buzzing wild life. We saw a bunch of monkeys, tucans, sloths and even helped new born turtles to their very first swim(!). A short drive to more busy (and action filled) places like uvita, Jaco, Dominical and Quepos (where the beautiful national park Manuel Antonio is located). But even on the lazy beaches outside of the bungalow it was more than enough activities to keep us occupied for two weeks. A breath taking tour by horse with a local guide, surfing, bodyboarding, kayaking and just enjoying the solitude with a book in a hammok on the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a calm, relaxing place in the sun. Thanks so much Mario and Kimberly for making our stay fantastic. And thanks to Marios mother for making excellent tamales for christmas eve.”

  “Amazing small scale lodging in a natural setting. Architecture, creative touches, comfort and sustainable practices are all excellent. Filip was a fantastic host and chef, with wonderful staff - food was excellent, including breads and jams made by Rose. We loved the kayak trip he recommended but could have easily spent an entire day at the property. The road up the mountain lived up to the 4 wheel caution but was well worth the effort and you really do get used to it. An incredible place!”

  “The beach, you just cannot day enough about the beach - soft, black sand, hardly any shells but lots of sand dollars. Not a lot of people at the beach so your own little paradise. Amazing sunsets each day. Surfing and boogie boarding - even this old lady was able to surf! The pool was glorious and partially shaded. Always clean and a great retreat during the hottest hours of the day. The tents fit myself, my husband and our two kids for five days with great comfort. There is no AC but the provided fans and ocean breeze made it unnecessary. The staff was always there to help and to answer any questions. They made you feel like family.”

It is located in a very nice place, a few minutes from the beach, the beach is clean and lonely., many tourist places to visit are nearby.Very beautiful territory, the owners are taking efforts to make it ideal, a lot for plants and flowers. Some times in the morning monies can come on the territory, it is a special fun.Lettika and Gish are very friendly and communicative people. We arrived earlier check in time, Lettika was so nice, as the room was ready she let us check in earlier, Made small excursion around, showed where the slots are sitting (you will never find it if someone would not show). Ideal cleanliness every where, a lot of charming details, that shows the owners gives a lot of efforts to keep everything in perfect order. You should see how Lettika is serving breakfast ! We are happy that we closed this place”
