“My husband and I spent one weekend at Cove Rotana in RAK. We were upgraded to a room in a villa with sea view which was nice surprise. The water temperature was great, beach is quite big (long and wide), sand is very smooth. They have 2 restaurants, we had lunch and dinner at Italian restaurant and breakfast in the other one. For breakfast there are many options, fruits were excellent. I liked the gym, spacious and many machines to burn out the calories you gained during lunch or dinner. For the people living close to RAK, is it great getaway for the weekend, only 1h 15 min from Dubai. Diana”

My recent experience in the night of Christmas Eve when the hotel is booked at 100% made us see how amazing their staff and managers are. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating, really not feeling well. Never felt my heart beat so fast. In a couple of minutes when I asked my husband to get help, security Managers where already taking care of everything. Paramedics (calm, friendly and trained Filipinos) did such an efficient job. Hotel kept track of what time I came back with my husband and kids, constant follow ups of all staff, from golf cart drivers to head of guest relations officers. Thank you for the fruit bowl too and my card !!!!! Al Hamra Hilton Beach and Golf Resort Great Job !!!!! Thank you”
