  “Having prearranged it with the property company, we were met with a warm smile and a handshake and shown to a our two bedroomed apartment in a new building. There is a lift and a video entry system. The apartment was clean, spacious, contemporary in style and decorated to a very high standard. Upon arrival there was a welcome pack containing toiletries, a small bottle of washing up liquid, refuse bags, cloths and a pot scrubber. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer, both of which we really appreciate on holiday. We had requested an upper floor which gave us plenty of daylight and a glimpse of the mountains from the dining table and one of the bedrooms. We were able to control the temperature within the apartment and mostly did not need the heating on at all. We asked for an additional set of keys and these were delivered as agreed. The location of these apartments is outstanding, both for the ski lift which is literally across the road and for being in Canillo itself. This apartment was such a comfortable and relaxing place to spend 10 days, we definitely plan to return.”
