The Belle Rive is a 5-minute drive from Night Market and National Museum. Great location & staff are consistently helpful & welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and secure. The terrace restaurant provides a delicious array of local foods and drinks and is a lovely space to spend time enjoying views of the Mekong River.

Set amidst tropical gardens, each room is uniquely decorated in handmade textiles and comfortable linens. The well-appointed rooms include air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities. Not my first time staying here. The place still has a magical atmosphere. A lush garden faving the Mekong. Highly recommend to take some workshops while staying there. The view is so inspiring. A great creative retreat. Book ahead for drinks/meals in the tree house. The restaurant serves good food too.

The property is a 5-minute walk to Xieng Thong Temple and a 8-minute walk to the night market. It is a 20-minute drive to Luang Phrabang Airport. My room was gorgeous - quite a large dark wood panelled room with a balcony overlooking the garden and a big comfortable bed. It’s on one of the roads that the monks pass by on the alms giving ceremony early morning, so it’s easy to just roll out of bed and go and see the ceremony. Also they have complimentary bicycles to borrow which was really useful.
