A Truly Special Traditional Ryokan Experience at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono We stayed at Fuji Onsenji Yumedono, a beautiful traditional Japanese ryokan located near Lake Kawaguchiko, and it was a truly special experience. We booked two rooms — one was a newer, modern villa-style suite in a separate area, which was absolutely lovely. The other room, for three adults, was located in the main building and was more traditional and a bit older in style. Each room includes a private onsen, which was a real highlight. Soaking in the hot spring bath after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. The main building has a cozy lounge with complimentary hot and cold drinks, available throughout the day — a very nice touch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, offering some of the best service we encountered in Japan. Breakfast was served in a traditional Japanese-style dining room. Since we don’t eat fish, the staff kindly arranged a Western-style breakfast for us the next morning without any issue. Overall, this was a unique and memorable experience, blending warm hospitality, traditional charm, and modern comfort. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and authentic stay near Mount Fuji.

Offering a Mount Fuji view from the garden, Lake Villa Kawaguchiko is a self-catering accommodation located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi access is available. Everything is perfect. The host/staff, the villa, the landscape, the location & the star, Mt Fuji is just infront of you.! My daughter loves the hotel’s friendly cats. We love everything. Hiro helped us with booking a taxi to go to Fujiten Snow Resort which is 30 min away. Tq so much Hiro & team😊

Ururun se nachází 7 minut chůze od jezera Kawaguchi a nabízí chaty pro 2 osoby s malebným evropským šarmem a vířivkou s výhledem na horu Fuji. Host lady has decent manner. House has perfect tastes. Beds etc were so nicely prepared.

Situated right in front of Lake Kawaguchi, Kawaguchiko Hotel offers accommodations with classic modern decors in a historic building. Guests can relax in the public bath. The onsen on the top floor was very nice. Also the staff was super nice and very helpful. The baggage delivery to the next hotel was organized flawlessly. Also the location is perfect, as it is close to the lake.

Kawaguchiko Station Inn se nachází 1 minutu chůze od vlakového nádraží Kawaguchiko a 7 minut chůze od jezera Kawaguchiko v oblasti hory Fuji. The spa is nice and clean and also have a view of Fuji. The owner is very nice and polite. very good services and good at speaking in english.
