His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!
