The evening we arrived at this beautiful place we were tired and stressed from a busy day . The minute we drove through the gates we knew we were in heaven . Next we met the wonderful Gessica who welcomed us so warmly we felt like she was family . The suite we booked was everything we wanted and needed from the glorious bath tub to the comfortable bed with lovely linen . Breakfast was absolutely delicious and once again we were served by Gessica who helped plan our day . All in all it was an excellent experience staying here and my only regret is we couldn’t have stayed longer to fully appreciate the wonderful hospitality and amenities available. 10/10 💥

We stayed at Villa Barberino for three nights in July 2025 — two adults and three kids (ages 11, 14, and 17). We had three junior suites, each one unique, spacious, and full of charm. The entire place feels like it’s straight out of a Tuscan fairytale. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and serenity. The peaceful surroundings, the beautifully manicured gardens, the cypress trees, and the incredible views all around made it easy to slow down and truly relax. The pool area was stunning and quiet, perfect for lounging with a book or simply enjoying the silence and scenery. The property itself is rich in history and atmosphere, with details that make you feel like you’re part of something timeless. The restaurant was excellent, and with such a tranquil atmosphere, we found no reason to leave the property. The staff were warm and helpful without being intrusive — just the right balance. If you’re looking for a place to recharge, surrounded by beauty and calm, this is it. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back.

Le Terre dei Cavalieri je krásný pozemek na venkově, 7 km od krásného města Cortona. Nabízí dobře zrekonstruovaný statek z 18. století a vilu s vlastním venkovním bazénem. Quiet and peaceful, except when group of tourists are speaking very loudly around the pool. Excellent restaurant, worth a Michelin ‘star.

Relais Villa Baldelli je vila ze 17. století, která se nachází v klidném a tichém prostředí v blízkosti Cortony. Nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi a venkovní bazén. The pool is fabulous. Great walks in the countryside. Very friendly people work there and interesting people stay there. A short drive into Cortona, but plenty of good restaurants without having to drive up into the city.

Hotel San Michele se nachází v jedné z nejstarších budov v Cortoně, starobylém paláci Baldelli, který má strategickou polohu přímo v centru města. Baldelli Palace je panské sídlo z 15. Centrally located in the old town, a great hotel with a very good breakfast included. The hotel recommended some local restaurants for dinner, which we really appreciated, as the one we went to was exceptional! Wish we stayed longer than just the one night, but will stay much longer next time, as there is a lot to do and see in the area as well!

Villa di Piazzano je elegantní historická vila, pouhých 6 km od obce Cortona. V upravených zahradách s bazénem a panoramatickým výhledem na okolní krajinu je terasa pro venkovní stolování. We loved every single moment spent here. Quiet location, beautifull rooms, great breakfast, all very clean, very nice staff. Worth every penny.

La Corte Di Ambra se nachází v historickém centru Cortony. Volný Ve všech prostorách je dostupné Wi-Fi. Všechny klimatizované pokoje mají minibar a satelitní TV s plochou obrazovkou. Elegantly renovated facilities. Room and en suite bath were spacious and traditionally styled. Located right near food, shopping, groceries and sights. Wonderful homemade breakfast each morning, (Sarah’s mom’s Cornettos we’re our favorite of the entire trip!) Family went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient.
