The staff was very helpful. The travel desk was very helpful. The driver given to us was professional, helpful, and great at driving. The tour guides provided by the hotel both at agra and at fatehpursikri were knowledgeable, professional, and excellent!

When I had a stomachache, they helped me with information about the pharmacy and food and offered to see a doctor if needed. The location was excellent! It was about 10 mins walk to Ganga which was convenient for us to go see the sunrise.

It’s just 5 minutes from the Taj Mahal. There’s a rooftop with a pool and a view of the Taj Mahal, and the people at the reception are amazing — Mulayam, Kumal, Cokendre, Akash, and Pamkaj were there for us.
