We had one of the new rooms which is beautifully furnished and has a very big bathroom with both shower and tub. Everything is new and clean and the bed is super comfortable. We would come back.

It's about a 25 minute walking distance to the town centre which is perfect. The couple who own it are really lovely, so friendly and can't do enough for you. Also, unlike some places in Oban, they don't lock you out after a certain time at night, so you can come and go as you please. My room was beautifully decorated and well presented, very clean.

The best experience ever! a large, bright spotless room with a high ceiling and an incredibly beautiful view! Great location.Extra treats and breakfast items, especially welcoming sherry (!) were very much appreciated.
