The most important thing was the peace and privacy that I felt during my whole stay. The property (and each bungalow in particular) was well equipped with everything I needed on a beach trip. Also, the pool and breakfast were amazing!

The bedrooms at La Jamaca - An Island Vibe Hotel are air conditioned, and feature a seating area and flat-screen satellite TV. The bathrooms are private. Everything was excellent. Staff was really thoughtful and really dedicated in the details. Benny was a great waiter. The food was amazing!!! I'll recommend this place forever. My favorite place to visit!!! They even decorated for our anniversary!!!

Stayed at the Villa Colonial, conveniently located at the heart of the Zona Colonial, for 5 nights and was very glad we booked here. Hotel staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful from the get go. Room 8 was spacious and super clean, as were all the hotel facilities (cafeteria, swimming pool, lobbies and hallways). Breakfast is very filling,with many options that will cater to all types of appetite. The manager Ramón made sure to have a private chat with us to detail how they'd accommodated our requirements related to food allergies. Super warm treatment from everyone, free fresh water supply, coffee, nice bathroom. I have only good things to say, would 100% book again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santo Domingo.

Beautiful hotel, on the hill with spectacular views. Our bungalow had its own little private pool and a very private huge garden on the hill. Waking up, we had the view of the sunrise and the ocean from above. The private beach below is small but really beautiful, with comfy beds all over and great food/snacks/drinks.
