We arrived by car and were able to park right outside the front door. Immediately a young man came out to help us with our luggage. As you enter the huge lobby you can see the amazing views. Carolina on reception was so welcoming and charming. Lovely room with a balcony, incredible views and a machine providing filtered water. Fabulous breakfast, again with great views! Perfect location, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique Chiloé se nachází ve čtvrti Palafito de Gamboa ve městě Castro. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. I had a wonderful stay at Palafito 1326 Hotel Boutique in Chiloé, where I spent 6 nights. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful design. I especially enjoyed having direct access to the terrace, where I could relax while watching the birds and the river. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s also a lovely restaurant where I had dinner every evening. I can fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiloé!

Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!

Located in Puerto Varas' city centre, Hotel Puelche offers accommodation in a hotel with mountain-style decoration, a spa, and a restaurant. Huge rooms, huge beds, lovely strong showers and spotlessly clean. We had a room overlooking the not-busy main road which had a sneaky view of Osorno volcano when the cloud lifted, wow. Staff super helpful, they arranged laundry service, helped with taxi to the airport. About 15 min walk into town. Recommend Quintal bar and restaurant for casual meals and beers - turn R out the hotel and walk 2 mins!
