Located in the centre of Zermatt, Backstage Boutique SPA Hotel offers uniquely furnished rooms with open fireplaces and free WiFi. Opened in December 2010, it features a spa area. Výborná poloha hotelu, excelentní přístup při check in a check out. Pokoj byl velmi luxusně a vkusně vybaven. O hotel je velmi dobře pečováno a je vidět, že práce zde personál baví. Večerní kytara v baru a obrazy ve vlastní galerii umocňují jedinečnost místa.

I was grateful for the wide variety of fruits, cheeses and bread on selection. The coffee machine was also great! The couch in my room was good. With the weather, my room with town view was good.

The location is great, the staff are very nice, the room is big and clean. Definitely will stay here again if I come here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was perfect — from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the overall atmosphere of the property. What really stood out to me was the reception staff. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. Their efficiency and warm attitude made check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed.
