Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. The wooden caracter of the house and the old history, I felt myself in a very cozy house. And The staff were so much welcoming very helpful for inside and outside of the hotel. The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The hotel owner and her staff were absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive but not nagging at all. The breakfast was to die for. While we rarely take pictures of our food, we simply had to take a photo of the meticulously designed fruit bowls, containing all sorts of fresh fruit. The breakfast was simply outstanding. Rich, but not wasteful. The accommodation itself was precisely what you'd expect. Comfortable, not too big, but definitely not small. Note there is no AC, but considering it's Interlaken and the nights are cooler, that's not a problem, if you're not staying the whole day in your room. Finally, the hotel is about 3 minutes from Interlaken West, which is outstanding if you're going to explore the area with public transport. Thank you for your hospitality and making us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. Staff were so friendly and always happy to help!
