The great staff working there, all so pleasant and helpful (and smiling). The ideal location. The parking. The comfortable room with the nice big bathroom. The plentiful breakfast. The hotel is well situated, has friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The terrace is nice and spacious, the rooms are big enough with good beds, enough pillows and a large bathroom. Well thought about are the motion detection small lights under the bed and near the toilet so you dont have to light up the whole room when you go to the toilet at night.

The four-star Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre is located in the centre of Brussels, only 100 metres from Brussels Central Station and the St Michael & St Gudule Cathedral. Breakfast was great! The food was fresh and yummy with a great selection of teas. The location is fantastic, short 10 minute walk to old town Brussels and just above the metro exit.

Grand Hotel Casselbergh offers historic features and modern facilities in Bruges, 270 metres from the Grote Markt. A very good location and great place, old building, luxury renovation. The room was big enough, nicely decorated, comfortable bed; bathroom had both shower and bathtub, amenities were from Occitane. The breakfast was the best! Many options, gluten free bread, very kind staff, beautifuly arranged.

I recommend spending the extra for a balcony room with views overlooking the English channel
