We had breakfast overlooking the garden with beautifully coloured birds at the window and spent an unusually cool November evening in front of the fire reconnecting without our usual distraction of devices and city noise. We plan to return as often as we can.

The view is very beautiful. We really love the fireplace. We had a late check in, and the staff had to assist us by phone how to unlock the door.

200 meters from Katoomba Train Station, The Carrington offers elegant accommodation in a heritage-listed refurbished manor. I really enjoyed everything from the warm welcome to the level of service. Staff is wonderful! Excellent breakfast and food in the dining room, the bar is well stocked. The Carrington has an undiscribable atmosphere. If in Katoomba this is the place to stay if you enjoy an old (1880) colonial hotel. Sitting on the veranda you can almost feel like taken back in time (with som imagination of course). I highly recommend this hotel!

Perched on the edge of a ridge, 300 metres from the heart of Katoomba’s town centre, this 4.5-star hotel offers panoramic views of the World Heritage Blue Mountains. Our family of four enjoyed our stay in a family room for four nights very much . The room is spacious and equipped with simple kitchenware. All the hotel staff are so hospitable, polite and helpful. The breakfast menu options are good and delicious. After hiking in the mountains during the day , we wound down by enjoying live music in the lounge area , playing board games as a family , or playing table tennis or billiard..

This 1930’s style guesthouse offers comfortable rooms in central Katoomba, across from the Kingsford Smith Park. The guest house is cute and people were extremely friendly. The rooms are well organized and equipped. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Location is also good

Located in Blackheath, within the UNESCO world-heritage listed Blue Mountains, Parklands Country Gardens & Lodges Blue Mountains offers free WiFi and a restaurant. There was everything we needed and the room was large with a lovely fireplace. The gardens are beautiful.

We were warmly welcomed by Bryant who showed us to our room, which was the corner suite. It had an amazing view right across the valley. The room was beautiful with all amenities and plenty of space. Breakfast was served in the restaurant with a lovely selection of granola, yoghurt, fruit and pastries brought to each table, followed by a cooked breakfast ordered from a menu. We will make sure we stay again.
