The front desk concierge was so kind, friendly, and personable which made us feel really welcome. She also gave us great recommendations in the area. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfy - perfect for the last day of a long trip around Taiwan. The breakfast had tons of options, and the food was very fresh. It felt like the staff went above and beyond.

The decorations of the hotel are amazing and unique. The magic level 2 is full of childhood memories and all sorts free snacks and free instant noodles, which brought me back to my childhood. Their arrangement of taxi services are excellent!

This Hotel is easy to find as its above a Mcdonalds. It is also close to the main station, which is very handy. Some sighseeing points are also just walking distance away. The room was very spacious and clean. The service was also very helpfuly and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious.

    Great boutique hotel. Room space is well designed. Booked a family room with 2 queen bed and small dining table. Breakfast spread was decent and sufficient. Free snack bar even at night. Favorite facility provided was the free use of laundry and dryer! So much convenient for family stay. Location was great, XMD just across the street. with Sanrio themed 7-11 at level 1 of hotel.
