The bars and restaurants are simply beautiful, both in atmosphere and in the quality of the food and service. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single team member is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. You really feel at home — but in a luxury setting. The staff was very friendly and kind - always helpful if I needed anything. The internet worked very well. The restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. The suite was more than clean, it was spacious and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff is really helpful. We got a big suite, with all ammenities. The beds are comfortable and we could leave our luggage. The Hotel is in a nice area and very close to mall. It costs only 2 Euros with Uber to city center for example. Breakfast is delicious.
