Outstanding customer service, we were upgraded from standard garden room to Athena suite with private heated pool for the same price, which made our stay! Breakfast was good, pool side service and food were great, special thanks to Federico. We also liked the complimentary sun-beds at their beach club il Riccio and the complementary return shuttle service.
