The room was big and comfortable, with all the furniture you needed. The bath and shower were also very nice. The lobby is big with a lot of cosy sitting areas and plants. Children have space to run around.

Moshe was an excellent host and very helpful. The room was very sunny and had everything I needed (plus a kitchen). The hotel is in a lively area with lots of restaurants and bars. Despite the scene, when I closed the balcony door, I could not hear noise from the street. It’s a short walk from the HaShomona train station and also to the German Colony and amazing Baha’i Gardens. Great value for the price!

The staff was exceptionally amazing, the manager (Dvori) went out of her way to welcome us and provided my husband and me with an amazing experience of a lifetime, there are no words to express our gratitude to the staff for allowing us to celebrate 10 years anniversary in style and comfort. The hotel itself is a historic building and is actually part of the city walls. The interior is absolutely stunning, resembling a museum, and even the walls in the corridors are protected by glass. Our room had a charming and rustic ambiance, reminiscent of the interior of a castle, and it was quite spacious. The breakfast at the hotel was also plentiful. By taking the elevator to the 3rd floor, you can access the city walls, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Acre and the ancient city. The scenery is truly beautiful.
