Cecil hotel is an old charmer with exceptional attention to guests. The receptionist saw from the passport that my sister had a birthday 18 Dec. Our surprise was just hard to explain when the staff brought a whole Happy Birthday chocolate cake in the evening. The cake was delicious. Everything was exceptional, the breakfast was diversified and delicious. Also the security is on high level 👌🏻. Furthermore, I had a small situation with the deposits, I forgot my scarf at the breakfast lounge & I asked for it the next day and it was wrapped nicely and waiting for me to pick it up ☺️
