Phenomenonal resort that exceeds all expectations. Every detail is taken care of. Large selection of facilities and entertainment activities all included with your stay. The food was fantastic, cleanliness is notable, the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Could easily say this was my best resort experience. Would definitely come back again

Great resort for family holidays! This is our second time here and would highly recommend it! Staff and management are amazing, always willing to go extra miles to meet all our needs. Plenty of restaurants and a very good variety of food and snacks. Water parks and all the rides for kids keep them busy throughout the day and evening. So much to do here, no need to go out at all! Thank you all amazing people (at the reception, restaurants, bars, pools, housekeeping) for a great holiday!!!

Service 10/10. The Manager of reception Mr. AMR made our experience even better, he was polite,friendly and he helped us with everything we needed. Every resort needs one Manager like Mr. AMR. Our room was mantening by Mr. ASHRAF SAYED,he also was very polite and very professional, all the time he was offered the best service to us. The personal who served us at the pool bar and at the restaurants also was great. The service provided 5 stars of 5. We thank you to all!

I liked everything. The food was deliciuos and changing everyday. The staff always friendly.The room perfectly cleaned. I also loved the different shows they had every evening. The animation team were great.The best is the sea full of corals with plenty of fishes.

The best and most accommodating staff! The lady from customer relations, Silavana, went above and beyond to help me with my lost luggage. She called airport and was following Ip with them even when her shift was over, so I got my bags that very evening. Also I asked for additional towels and bath ropes - and it all was delivery to my room. Plus, Silvana arranged a complimentary visit to a la carry restaurant for our family. My stay wouldn’t be the same without the amazing people working at this hotel.

It was our first experience of all inclusive resort at all and it was fantastic. Food, room, location from airport (15min by car), clean (only under beds was Messy). But we enjoyed it. Staff always smile.
