Very clean, comfortable, spacious and modern room. The breakfasts were very good too with a great selection. Friendly and helpful staff. There is underground parking too. The access to the Tauern Spa is an added bonus, especially after a day's skiing.

Absolutely amazing hotel with staff that made the stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome (though we were later than expected due to weather), to the personal and individual service though there were two large functions at the same time during our stay. The staff made us feel at ease and comfortable, and always made us feel like they had time for us. The rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. The food was delicious with many options to choose from for all meals. The spa and pool were very well maintained and clean, with very professional massage services. The work rooms were great with good sound proofing, multiple plugs for charging and very comfortable chairs. The small details in everything, to ensure comfort for the guest, were very well thought out!

Cozy place, two spacious bedrooms, little terrace. Two pools are included in the price - indoor and outdoor. Free of charge covered garage, comfortable bed, very satisfying breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with comfortable beds. Easy walk to the centre and waterfront. The availability of washing machines was a huge bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked to order.

    The check-in was self-service and we got the keys from a key box, but everything worked well. The room was quite modern and it had a lovely view of the mountains. The breakfast was very nice, eg we got eggs specifically cooked the way we wanted. The hotel gave us a leaflet with a lot of free activities and discounts in addition to the free visit to Tauern spa. The spa was fabulous and I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of more of the offered activities.
