The best food ever, really great menu selection. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and made all the coordinations for the elephant sanctuary and the Zambezi dinner cruise.

This is a place where pluses covers, fully, all minuses you can have. That was really the only complaint. The room was advertised as "watering hole view" but it was really off to the side (room 46). Amazing though, I only stayed one night. I woke up to see the sunrise and saw families of pumbas, monkeys, etc. Magical!!!

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, my stay here was exceptional. I felt genuinely welcomed by everyone — the receptionist, the staff, the waiters, and even the chef, who personally made sure I was happy with my meals. The waiters were always attentive. All the staff had great local recommendations. Meeting the owners in person made the experience even more special. Their warm hospitality created an atmosphere that made me feel like home. It’s a place I will be coming back to. I can’t recommend it enough!
