The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and the view from the room was exceptional. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the people who worked there were awesome. If I go back to Tobago, I am definitely booking this place again.

Blue Haven Hotel - Bacolet Bay - Tobago is located on the seafront, 100 metres from Bacolet Bay Beach. It offers a restaurant, an outdoor pool and air-conditioned rooms with ocean views. A very colonial boutique feel to the hotel. A proper getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel and relatively private. You also have access to the pool and and there are enough deck chairs. The sound of the waves crashing upon the rocks and the lovely foliage and greenery was so relaxing. The food was excellent! Staff were always ready at hand to help out and were so friendly and approachable. A special thanks to Dennison for all his help. The owners would always ask about our stay and we felt really looked after. Taxis could be arranged upon request if needed. We also asked them to arrange kitesurfing for my son; and a manicure and pedicure for my mum. Thank you Candice for this. They also had a buffet and music on Sunday evening on the terrace under thr moonlight. Absolutely loved it. My family and I would definitely revisit and are already recommending the Blue Haven to others. Thank you for making our stay special.

Ringrazio la Sig.ra Kimberly per averci prenotato il taxi dall'aeroporto all'albergo. Alla sig.ra Laloya per la sua disponibilità e a tutto il personale del check-in e chek-out del 9 e 10 aprile. Ci è piaciuto mangiare nei ristoranti dell'albergo.La colazione è completa e soddisfacente. Il personale dei Ristoranti sono gentili e preparati nel loro lavoro. OttimoTutto!!!

I had an excellent stay for work in Trinidad at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. In my assessment, the hotel provides the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service. I would particularly mention the top class assistance provided by Ms. Narisha and Mr. Sean.

The drinks were fantastic, credit goes to the mixologist who was there, who treated us to exceptionally made drinks. We had lunch and breakfast there and all of the meals we had courtesy of Chef Jason were great.
