The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast is very tasteful!

The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. My friends visited Tunisia for the first time and they are already planning to come back. The Residence Douz offre una piscina all’aperto stagionale, un centro fitness, un giardino e un ristorante a Douz. Questo hotel a 5 stelle offre il servizo in camera. The Residence Douz was a wonderful resort, beyond my expectations. It was amazing to be able to relax in the middle of the desert like this. I especially liked the opportunity to experience the Arabic sauna hammam. All the staff, including the manager Mr.Anis Zayana, were very friendly and kind. I will never forget the hospitality of this hotel. Thank you.
