Special boutique hotel, good location, great food, very kind and polite staff.

I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!

The location is perfect, a short walk away from pub street in a quiet location. The owner, Heng, is so helpful! He contacted me to organise a transfer from the airport a few days in advance of our stay and he was always quick to reply to any messages I sent. He was really helpful with suggestions on where to eat, what to do and where to go. He organised a driver to take us to Angkor Wat for sunset and sunrise and gave us a fair price so we never felt we had to haggle. We were greeted with cold towels, fresh fruit and tea/coffee every time we returned to the hotel, which was such a nice touch. Finally we were getting a night bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh at 10pm, Heng kept our luggage for us during the day when we checked out and provided a shower and changing room for us before we left. Also offering us refreshments even though we had checked out. Heng is so kind, helpful and really hospitable. Would definitely recommend you stay here

World class service, clean and cosy hotel with very good restaurant in it. We get very friendly remork driver Veasna who drove us everywhere🙏. Also we got transportion from airport to the hotel with remork, which was very cool.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! The pool is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day and the rooms were a great size and very comfortable!

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The team here are the kindest people. No issue is too much and the little touches they add everyday make this stay just even better. From welcome drinks on arrival and after tours, to handmade cakes, to a delicious breakfast in the morning. We even got a photo at the end as a gift for our stay. This family truly makes you feel like a part of them from the moment you arrive. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are a little basic but have good amenities like air purifiers and air-conditioning. All rooms are incredibly clean and the location is close to the centre of the city. The staff have great suggestions and they also provide a fantastic tour service. Our driver for our day trip, Khem.Ry, was fantastic. He took us off the beaten path and showed us around local villages and hidden gems, while also teaching us alot about local plants and food. He was very helpful and an excellent driver. I highly recommend the day tour with him as it was an excellent experience! The final touch that makes this place a fantastic destination was that when our taxi to Siem Reap broke down, the owner himself took us the whole way there, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable ride. For such a new hotel, having only opened late 2024, I would happily say Muni is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Battambang.

Beautiful garden, excellent food, welcoming staff. The team really went to the extra mile to fulfill our requests.

This is an amazing place, although close to downtown, it has a feel of being away from the city. We travelled here with our kids. Room was spacious and clean and beds were super comfortable and the swimming pool was awesome. The staff was superb, welcoming, kind and always available if we needed anything. We would love to return here and we highly recommend it.
