Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. Beautiful hotel that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, with lovely rooms and a cosy restaurant area. The hot tubs overlooking the lake are great. The food was very good both at dinner and breakfast (we loved the happy marriage cake - the best we had in Iceland - and the homemade blueberry jam!)

Siglo Hotel by Keahotels in Siglufjörður has 4-star accommodation with a terrace and a bar. Offering a restaurant, the property also has a shared lounge, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. Very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, great facilities and perfect location to experience the northern part of Iceland. Restaurant in the hotel very good standard of food for both breakfast and dinner...the fish soup and lamb divine.

Situated in Gardur, Lighthouse-Inn offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a sun terrace and sea views. All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. Everything was perfect, 24h reception, close to the aiport (10 minutes)

We were at the hotel for four days. Hotel is centrally located for activities in the region. Rooms were spacious with great view. We liked being able to walk out on to our private terrace. Staff was efficient and warm.

We loved breakfast buffet, everything was really delicious and fresh, various options to choose from. The room was clean, big and comfortable bed. The outdoor area with hot tubs and sauna were amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Would recommend for sure!

This hotel is quietly situated 2 km from Lake Mývatn and 30 minutes’ drive from the Godafoss Waterfall and Krafla Crater. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with modern furnishings. The hotel was super good. Clean room,comfortable, super beautiful.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, amazing hot tube, sauna. You can get some coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, apples for free.
