Check in was a breeze, and I like the fact that you can directly enter the elevator to the room from the main entrance. Gym is professional with all equipment needed. Room had a kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, water cooker and cutlery. Lovely bathroom. Furthermore close to the nightlife, so very ideal hotel for a party weekend.

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

The hotel most incredible of all that we meet in Europe trip, we are coming here and observed that the parking is full. But the pleasure quality personal staff helped us with another parking area! And it isn't all that I wanna to say! The restaurant Italian look wonderful I and my wife love 😍 Thanks again for everything! ❤️and I can't wait to try it. We're really looking forward to making more beautiful memories during our stay.
