Everything was great including the staff. We particularly liked the excellent breakfast and the outdoor seating area in the courtyard and the secure free parking.

Perfect location, amazing food for room service and breakfast, stunning views and very comfortable room, added to quality wifi and great staff. Great value for money.

It’s very romantic and beautiful. The crew is very kind, the dishes were delicious. Rooms were very clean and well isolated as for such an old house. A gem in this region you truly want to spend your time.

Excellent location, very nice sea and city view. Very good breakfast, very good restaurant, huge rooms, parking inside the building, in walking distance from the center.

Located 1.6 km from German Becker Stadium, Best Western Ferrat offers 3-star accommodation in Temuco and features a fitness centre, a restaurant and a bar. They gave us a lovely reception with a cocktail coupon and held our bags for us after checkout.

Hotel Vendaval features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Puerto Natales. Hotel Vendaval was charming and lovely, with very friendly and helpful hotel staff who spoke English. The roof top deck and bar were awesome - fantastic views. Also had a great view from the room! The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!
