The area seems quite basic at first, but once you get behind the fence it is a beautiful property overlooking a picturesque pond. There is shared space with the owners that includes a pool, hot tub and outdoor bbq area, but The owners did not use that space so we had it all to ourselves. The inside space was adequate with a coffee maker, hot/cold water machine and a huge bathroom. We get breakfast each day for $10 and it was delicious: homemade breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee or tea. The owners are well connected in town and helped us with restaurant recommendations, reservations and tours. They also picked us up from the airport and booked a rental car for us. We enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it!
