Kat and Dirk have put so much care and love into creating a home away from home for their guests. The casita is incredibly comfortable and close to everything you might want to see or do in Placencia. We were so grateful for all the recommendations, as well as the generous use of their golf cart and paddle boards. On our last day, Kat and Dirk brought us and all our baggage to the bus stop, and made sure we had everything we needed to get back to Belize City without issue. Their hospitality made our visit to Placencia a stand-out part of our Belize vacation, and I cannot recommend their property enough.

The holiday home has a private beach area. Great location and beautiful home. We didn’t have to worry about much. When we had a question Lori was quick and very responsive. The home includes a welcome book that provided great information. We used it to schedule an in-home meal cooked by Chef-G, which also had an option for cultural entertainment. The food and entertainment were top-notch and very authentic. The bowling alley is directly across the street and is great for a quick meal. The wings and pizza are very good. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This villa provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.7 km from Seine Bight Beach. Our family of 8 landed at this new facility after a week of sailing. Booking and checkin was super easy and staff accommodated all our requests. Kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and all the accouterments, A/C was lovely, pool very relaxing, beds super comfy, very clean facility. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

The villa also offers facilities for disabled guests. The view of the lagoon/mountains is wonderful and the villa's architecture are hugely interesting. The pool and pool area with hammocks is lovely, the pool is perfectly warm too. Liked the hot tub in the living room and the shower is very cool. Security guard overnight is a good feature.
