Excellent and accomodating hosts. Very comfortable with good facilities. Nice and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Especially enjoyed home made jams, marmalade and pickle. . Everything we needed for breakfast supplied.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the home is set among an orchard 5 mins from the Opotiki CBD and is impeccably well maintained. It is an incredibly spacious home with wonderful amenities such as two fridges two cook tops two lounges a large outdoor entertainment area and a carport.

Lovely large beach house. Unfortunately the oven was not working even though we followed the instructions. The communication from the rental agent was good, but a little too much. So many emails sent. Also xtra money taken from my credit card day we arrived but no notification of it and why. Otherwise it was a lovely break at a lovely place

The location was perfect. The house was lovely and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Views were great. My nephews loved it, the didn't miss the playstation. They love hunting for crabs. Easy access in and out of the house. My mum uses a walker. Off street parking. Loved everything about it. We are going back....for a longer stay.
