Perfect location only 700m from the beach. You can sleep very quiet, it's a very clean room. Good breakfast. Ruwan is very friendly and knows the exact spot to see seaturtles and when! Don't hesitate just book this homestay! Ruwan is very customer friendly!

This place truly feels like a hidden gem, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The villa itself is stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms that feel both elegant and inviting. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy yet chic atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. We especially loved the peaceful garden – a serene oasis where we could relax and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, while also offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The location is also perfect. Nestled in a quiet area, yet still close enough to explore the nearby attractions, we felt like we had the best of both worlds – peace and privacy with easy access to everything we wanted to see. Overall, our experience at Three Gables Boutique Villa was exceptional, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to return!

It is an amazing villa, with a staff, everyone was super kind and helpful. The place was very comfortable, and not crowded at all in january, sometimes even felt is just for us, but the villa has 8 rooms. Food was also brilliant. The whole beach was very peaceful and clean. If you want to hide away, but be close (20 min with tuktuk) to frequent places, than you find the perfect choice.

We stayed at Kingsman Villa for four nights, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kasun, is such a kind and humble host—always ready to help with anything. The villas are brand new and have everything you need: quiet air conditioning, excellent bathroom facilities, and even a private mini pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a beach day or workout. There are also smaller rooms available if you prefer. Kasun arranged a scooter for us and a tuk-tuk for our departure, making everything super easy. They also organize river tours, which is a great extra touch. Breakfast was included, and every day we got to choose from a menu. We already miss the banana pancakes and chocolate-banana roti—so delicious! Kasun even helped with surprising my boyfriend for his birthday during breakfast and even got him a gift—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate—just book your stay at Kingsman Villa!

Brilliant stay! New on the scene in Mirissa but lovely accommodation. The tree house is down a well sign posted, little ally way and almost feels like the locals cul-de-sac. The owner and his wife are lovely and want to do everything they can to make your stay a good one. The tree house has a balcony and the room is a good size and space. The shower is powerful and the place was spotless. They offer a breakfast which is included but also have a menu which you can have a paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a paid for breakfast one morning and there was so much food we took some to the beach for lunch. It’s in a brilliant location so you can walk to Secret Beach and Mirissa Beach and loads of bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

We were impressed with the Villa and its location, which provided a perfect retreat situated within a short distance of the beach. The home was clean, well-equipped, and offered a very private, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. The terrace was fantastic for relaxation. We had an Asian breakfast, which was excellent. The owners were very welcoming and we would definitely use this accommodation again with no hesitation in recommending it to others.

After over 20 years of wonderful travels around the world, this is one of the most finest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the luxury, lots of space, ambiance, (personal) service, and especially the tranquility. A few nights here is incomparable to average accommodations. The food was also excellent, and the children had a blast (each with their own huge room and bathroom). Besides two lovely swimming pools and a beautiful beach, there's also a TV room and a private living room... too many to mention. Highly recommended! Thanks again to the entire team, ayubowan!
