Really enjoyed staying at this villa. Everything was just as the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wifi was really good, most of all the swimming pool made the stay perfect.

The property is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with traditional charm. The facilities were outstanding — from the fully equipped kitchen to the peaceful outdoor spaces and refreshing pool. The views over the surrounding hills were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic escape in southern Albania.

Pictures are accurate, conditions are good, the house is well equipped. The owner of the property is an amazing person. We had a very good time during our stay, we even got a guide for local attractions from the owner. The Gjipe Canyon is a must do, starting from Gjipe Beach. I really recommend this property, the price is fair for what it offers, if not even better.

The staff were really friendly and polite and contacted me directly on booking and then WhatsApp. They also gave me a list of activities and tips and helped me with where to find all the facilities on the resort. On the villa I have no words. IT WAS GREAT! Spacious and full of light and I really valued that. The tarrace was a nice place to gather at night and talk as a group of friends. Also there was a place for barbeques which we unfortunately did not use, but next time for sure. The sea 10/10, best beach in Albania. Highly recommend.

The villa was perfect, the owner was a very communicative gentleman and available for everything. I went there with some Italian friends of mine, they were very satisfied, they were amazed. It’s in a beautiful location with a great balcony looking over the mountains. The garden is gorgeous and the hosts are fantastic. They made the stay very special! The couple looked after us and we had a great breakfast which was very fresh, and they treated us to produce right from their garden ☺️
