I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

We were there as a family for the migros grand prix finale and they were so accommodating and helpful, we cannot thank them enough ! They made our weekend fantastic 👏
