free shuttle to and from airport was convenient and made the stay simple for transit flights free breakfast was good room was about average for a 2 star hotel

The staff were nice and friendly, when called upon they delivered extra towels, cutlery and coffee/sugar sachets. The location is excellent, close to shops, casinos and even has a free shuttle service to Mall of Asia.

The staff was very accommodating and assisted us with our arrival. The street was under construction, but they provided a shuttle service to transport us and our luggage, even just a few meters from the main street. All the staff was very friendly and helpful despite some of them not understanding very well some requests. The room was very comfortable and clean, and it even offered Netflix. The garden was lovely.

The good thing is the location from the airport with free shuttle bus drop off and pick up. The bed is comfy enough to sleep.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious and has good air conditioning and water supply. The cabinets provided were very helpful. Drinking water and toiletries were provided. Location was very convenient and security was on point.

I like that they have a one way free shuttle service, they pick me up for free at the airport, then I paid 200 for the service to send me to airport the following morning.

The breakfast buffet was very filling. I also appreciate that they have a hotel shuttle for MOA.

Shuttle service was terrific

The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service. The staff are basically helpful and courteous except for the shuttle driver who was too “inquisitive”.
